We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager / Administrator for a hybrid role that combines front office administration with leadership responsibilities. You’ll work alongside our admin team while also supporting overall office management.
What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership: Work alongside the admin team, supporting daily tasks while guiding efficiency, training, and accountability.
- Operations Support: Assist the Office Manager in overseeing scheduling, reporting, staff coverage, and office productivity.
- Patient Experience: Present treatment plans, manage patient flow, and assist with scheduling, collections, and insurance inquiries.
- Hygiene & Treatment Oversight: Ensure accurate bookings, manage CareCru processes, and support coordinators.
- Event & Communication: Help organize staff events, CE, and internal communications.
- Task Management: Handle assigned projects such as reporting, Dentrix/CareCru follow-up, or marketing support.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years dental office experience (treatment coordinating experience is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of dental administration, scheduling, and insurance.
- Natural leader who is approachable, detail-oriented, and able to balance teamwork with accountability.
- Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Dentrix and CareCru preferred.
Hours & Compensation
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week.
- Varying shifts - open availability
